House Rules are in place to keep peace and order in our Community. Please go over them with your household. Warnings and
then fines will be the consequence for non-compliance.
We have had some persistant problems concerning our neighborhood youth. We want to keep them safe and need your cooperation.
This month's REMINDERS are:
Please do not allow small children to take out the trash.
When they are unable to reach the bins, it lands on the ground which makes it unsafe and unpleasant for others.

DANGER!!! Remind your children that parking lots are not play areas.
----------------------------------------------------------
Children should not be yelling and playing in common areas so loud as to disturb residents.
